What You Get
Consultation with and support from our Events team. We have the experience to talk about how traffic moves through our event spaces and what other logistics you’ll want to consider for your event beyond the venue selection.
Secure, timed access to your space. Our access system will issue you a one-time PIN so you can let yourself in and get cracking.
Basic space set up, including tables and chairs.
What You’ll Need
Event Insurance —
If you have business insurance, your carrier should be able to generate a Certificate of Additional Insured for your event at SGP for little or no additional cost.
If you are renting as an individual, you may need to purchase separate event insurance. Check out a website such as eventhelper.com for examples of current rates.
Security Deposit — We assess a fully refundable security deposit prior to most rentals to cover unexpected costs such as property damage and last minute add-ons.
A point person for the day of your reservation
Any and all City and County permits that may be required for street closures, markets, alcohol sales, food service. We can help you identify what permits you’ll need.
